Revista Cartográfica is an interdisciplinary journal that publishes articles on Cartography and Geographical Information Science, including the different ways of capturing, storing, analyzing, modeling, representing, exchanging and managing data and geospatial information.

Topics of interest include, but are not necessarily limited to:

The Journal publishes scientific articles (research, review and thematic) and reviews in the four official languages ​​of the PAIGH (Spanish, English, French and Portuguese). Articles proposed for publication must be original and not published or proposed for this purpose in another journal.

Since 2016 it has a biannual periodicity (January-June / July-December).
Articles and reviews can be submitted at any moment.
