Abstract

The objective of this research was to know the use of the law of indigenous wom-
en of Rafael Delgado and some municipalities of the Sierra de Zongolica, to resist domestic

violence, negotiate gender roles within their families and their marital relationships.
Through the Civil Association Kalli Luz Marina, I had access to different cases where nahua
women made use of the Judicial Field and its institutions; through advice, guidance and
representation that gave them the Civil Association.
