GOLPE A LOS CUERPOS Y LAS MENTES DEL BARRIO, EL HIP HOP COMO FORMA DE RESISTENCIA

Abstract
This paper shows the analysis from an ethnography, the relationship between a organizational process of young people in Bogotá (named Golpe de Barrio) and a district institution called IDIPRON. It is worth to note that this group is considered to belong to the local hip-hop culture and their actions have been based on autonomous work and selfmanaged. From the beginning, they have opposed the idea of being part of a political party or any state institution. However, the IDIPRON generated a new relationship and created a strategy that respects the ways of being and doing of the organizations. As such, the institution has been assessing and learning from their dynamics in marginal areas of the city.
