Desarrollo de un aplicativo catastral piloto basado en código abierto para la gestión de datos catastrales

Abstract

 The present article describes, in a general way, the development of a solution (ap- plication) targeted to the management of cadastral data, using components of free software or of open code. This technological proposal constitutes an alternative to strengthen the systems of territorial management of the municipal self- governments. 

This document describes the tools or components employed. It presents the model of cadastral data which includes spatial functionalities oriented to the geo- coding of cadastral elements and it explains the functional benefits of the solution, as well as, the level of progress achieved within the life cycle used for the develop- ment of the same one.
